We bought this elliptical after 2 months of looking. It was fairly easy to put together. It only took us about a hour all together. But once we got it together the machine wouldn't work. My husband took it apart and figured out that the arms that hold the resistance magnets to the motor were broke. On Monday we called customer service. They were very helpful and said they knew exactly what we were talking about, they would send the part to us and contact the tech. The next day the tech called us and said that as soon as the part got in to call him and he would come out to fix it. On the 5th day...

great product for the price
This elliptical is very good for the price.
Smooth strides, relatively quite, well balanced.
My only complaint is that I don't use it enough!
Works fine until after 1 yr later rear wheel began to make scratch/knocking noise during workout. Rear wheel seems unbalanced. Too scared to continue use. Sound and feels like rear wheels hitting something. I would recommend extended warranty and ac power (battery maintenance can add up).
I love this elliptical! It is very quiet and smooth. I have been doing the ifit cards and like the variety in the workout they offer. I don't like how fast i go through D batteries...but everything else has been good so far!
The salesman told us that the elliptical would be very easy to assemble. Wrong. It took us several days and a lot of tylenol. But we did it and it has been smooth sailing. Unless you are assembler savy let Sears put the elliptical together it is worth it.
