Don't be fooled by price, this is a digital delight in a working man's disquise. Olympus has alwasy been on the cutting edge when it comes to releasing new technology for consumers, and it always shows up in their latest camera products. It wasn't that long ago that you paid a premium - nearly $1,000 - for cameras in the 6-plus megapixel category. But this baby is packed with features you'd still expect to pay much more for, such as Digital Image Stabilization and an ISO of up to 4000. Point and shoot, or take advantage of the manual features for novices wishing to take the next steps into finer photography. At 7.1 megapixels, this camera can pump out high-quality prints that might even surprise professional photo editors. And the 10x zoom sets this baby apart from just about anything else in the galaxy. And forget those power-hungry beasts of yesteryear. This camera will shoot more than 600 photos on a set of batteries! Olympus has put together an affordable, yet surprisingly great camera for anyone ready to take the digital plunge or even upgrade from their existing equipment. Big and expensive no longer means better, and Olympus has proven that with the SP510!
