On Rebate — 

EVEN THOUGH i HAVE HEARD THAT SEARS CAN'T BE TRUSTED I TOOK A CHANCE AND BOUGHT A WASHER AND DRYER SET IN NOV. HAD IT DELIVERED IN DEC. AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVE MY CREDIT AFTER 6 CALLS AND 3 PROMISES STILL NO CREDIT .

    SINCERELY STILL WAITING

Same here - I was lied to about the rebate. I spoke with an Indian man at the rebate center named "Peggy", who told me 20 weeks after submitting the rebate that I did not qualify.

Join the club! I am being told "I do not qualify" for rebate with some incomprehensible explanation. Small Claims Court here I come!

There were some issues with the rebates from that period, and they are currently being resolved. The huge volume of rebates from Black Friday, paired with some IT issues at the rebate center, caused delays. I suggest speaking with your local Sears Brand Central manager about this issue and they should be able to assist you.
