I bought a kitchen range in December '08. I was supposed to get a 10% rebate plus my delivery charge refunded. I checked to see the progress of my rebate once and was promised that all was in order. After another month or more, I received a letter stating that they could not read my sales receipt and were not sending a rebate unless I could send further proof. I have written to the Attorney General of the State of Florida, Frauds Bureau advising them how Sears is trying to weasal out of the rebate and refund. I am still waiting now almost 5 months after my purchase.
