i have the ooma hub & scout. customer service by phone or email (before i activated the product and was still deciding on whether i should return) was great! i had no long waits for a live-person to answer. port of my current # was done in 3 weeks as stated. sound quality is just as good as any VoIP I've used in the past. i wished i didn't wait soo long before i activated. i am no longer at the mercy of my cable company or phone company for the phone part of my services.
