We've used this blender only for smoothies so far and it's been great! We use layers of different textures of ingredients and it gets it done fast and thoroughly and at the perfect smoothie texture! We've had it for about two years and it still works just as good as the day we bought it. Easy to clean as well!
When my 20+ year old ugly, cheap blender finally broke a second time, I thought I'd splurge and buy a new blender. I found this model on a popular auction site. The metal-looking plastic isn't impressive, but it looks good. The glass jar is nice and heavy, and the interior ribs help make sure that things blend the way you want them to. The lid is a floppy material that's an improvement over the old, rigid lid I had on my old blender.
I wouldn't try and crush ice in this thing. The motor smells like a toy train transformer after a few seconds, but all we use it for is mixing up protein shakes...
I have been using the blender daily since i got it.It works pretty well.Actually,very well.The blender is amazing and even has a self cleaning mode.I love the size and shape of the glass blender container.Now i am very happy with this product and great value for the money.
When it's 4:00 am and the kids are sleeping, I can leave for work and not wake them kids with the sounds of the blender. I like the fact that the blender as a strong but quiet motor!
I use a blender about once a week (maybe) - usually for making a milk shake or smoothie. After having problems with one other brand, we tried this one and found it to be so much better. Works smoothly. Blends excellent - you don't have to jostle it or stick a spoon it it to get everything down to the bottom - it does the job on it's own. Great blender for the price.
I would like to make a purchase. I need more information prior to the purchase..wattage, capacity, glass or plastic container, etc!!

I wanted a really good blender, so I took a chance a registered for this one when I got married. It really is the best! I really only make frozen drink and things like that, but it works great! This would make a great Christmas or....... Wedding gift!
This blender is a great bargain for the price, I am really happy with my purchase, I was really amazed, great quality item.
This blender performs well. It chops, mixes, and blendes anything I put into it. It works well and is durable. It looks sleek and nice in my kitchen. It is easy to clean and is the right price for sure.
