I have a 1st up outdoor shelter gazebo which is a 10 by 10, how can i get some replacement parts?

Have you checked Searspartsdirect.com? This site may be able to help you get those replacement parts.

If you are looking for a replacement canopy, you can buy it from www.gardenwinds.com. i bought my gazebo's replacement canopy from them.
