the Rock says ... this summer is gonna be hot...so to cool down... the Rock is gonna hang by the pool chilling out... I didn't know Sears and Kmart sold these slides and pools but i'm checking them out right now and a couple of them look neat --- with prices that no one else can beat --- i can almost imagine myself in the driving seat...gonna need some swim goggles and a my swim cap and i'm all set for summer fun without regret....this summer won't last but the memories sure will.

Word Life. No - not a cena fan...in case you're wondering...

the Rock also likes the lazy lounge chairs but for right now, i'm sticking to the pool... priorities, priorities...

Ah yes! Slip n' Slide was the coolest thing about Summer when I was younger! We would use multipe slip n' slides to create really long runs on hills, with turns and jumps.... Not that I'm advocating this, but we used to run the slip n' slides right into the pool. Good times!

I can't wait for summer either! The weather is just starting to get nice here in Ohio... about time! I'm ready for summer cookouts and lounging poolside!

BlueCrewGuy... lol ...good one...

The-Rock says... his swim goggles are always shiny... and they don't need to be turned sideways ...ever....

But... if the Rock everrrrrrrrrr had to turn his swim goggles sideways, the pool would neverrrr everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr be the same ... A-gain....'coz the millions and millions of the Rock's fans would be chanting his name and asking him to jump in the water A-gainnnnnnn....(ok Jericho fan too)

Michelina --- the Rock's goggles are gold-tinted with UV-ray protection, bluetooth-enabled and lastly Shark-resistant --- so if the Rock was swimming in the Ocean and a shark were to accidentally collide with the Great One, the Rock wants to make sure the Shark doesn't lose any teeth (coz the Rock is environmentally friendly) and if the Shark does (very likely) then the blue-tooth would help the Rock contact the nearest maritime paramedic...

Water aerobics is actually really great exercise... A couple of my friends started doing it a while ago and the results are crazy.  They like it because its more fun and doesn't feel like work. I think I'm going to give it a try... let me know if you do!

PinkLady83, The Rock says...you can accomplish one by doing the other --- lose those extra few pounds by doing laps in the swimming pool... think that swimming is a great form of exercise ... i plan to incorporate it into my fitness regimen.

I need to get outside more, and enjoy the Spring.  The summer should be fun. I need to start getting back in shape with the swimming pool. Let myself get out of shape too much. Time to get serious about weight and exercise.

Well as soon as all the tornadoes, rain, sleet, hail, lightning and thunderstorms move through the great state of Kansas, we plan to travel to Mankato, Minn for our annual Vietnam reunion, St. Louis just to wander blissfilly around, then to New Hampshire/Vermont/Maine/Canada in Sep & Oct to devour Lobster and Crabcakes, get lost in the vast wilderness, get soaked at Niagara Falls and just have fun:)  May have to borrow the goggles to see clearly at Niagara:)

Woah! The Philippines! That sound beautiful. Are you visiting family or is it a real vacation? I heard there's a wide range of climates there from rainy areas to dry and hot. What's it like where you'll be?

You're right, but those first few outings with white, Midwestern skin exposed might be a little frightening (in my case!).

I know what you mean, I feel the same way! I'll bet there are other people in the community who would join us if we started a 'get fit' thread. What do you think?
