Pros: Good signal strength, can't beat the price, nice size, all the features of more expensive palms, Bluetooth works well, Create and view Word and Excel docs, Easy to use, Internet access practically anywhere, Clear phone sound
Cons: smaller screen than most smart phones

Palm Centro Smartphone —

I got this phone three days after it came out. Would have paid more. It's so easy to use. The touch-screen and the full keyboard(hate qwerty) make is so easy to google, from email to mapping my way around the USA. When in a group with blackberrys -I am still asked to look it up on my Centro. Faster/Easier. It's like having my computer&ipod with me without the bulk. Picture is also great considering it's a cell phone.Forget Amex card don't leave home without my Centro. Minor drawback- big earrings sometimes touches screen when I'm on a call.
