This blue-ray disc player gives crystal clear picture as well as sound.  Absolutely love it!

I shopped around to about 6 different stores and ended up this this player.  Panasonic is a great brand and the feature set is excellent for the price.  The price of the player was the lowest around.  It works great with Panasonic flat screen TVs.  Sears is now my go-to place for electronics.

This Panasonic Blu-ray player is everything I wanted and expected in a Blu-ray player. Setup was a breeze. It came with an HDMI cable, which was a nice surprise that made connecting the player to my TV very easy. The picture with Blu-ray and non-Blu-ray discs is outstanding.

Since my a/v receiver doesn't have HDMI inputs, I ran an optical cable from the player to my receiver. The sound quality is extraordinary, especially from Blu-ray discs. The soundtrack from Transformers 2 nearly leveled the house.

Solid blu Ray Player

Solid blu Ray player with decent load times and high quality picture.  I purchased this from Sears in October last year.  Sears was easy to deal with and hlepful.  My only beef about this player is the fact that it does not support netflix online or have a wireless intertnet connection.  however, for the price you can't go wrong.  It is a great Blu Ray player at a decent price.

This player was very easy to set up and works fine with DTS audio, contrary to another reviewer's opinion.  Linking with ****** Video On Demand took less than 1 minute.  I am using this over my ethernet network at home.  I just plugged the ethernet cable in and it immediately worked...no setup was needed.

plug & play

I brought the DVD player and hooked it up. I immediately inserted a BD and played it back fine. I like that in a piece of electronics.

Very frustrating purchase.  When I loaded Blue Ray DVD, it did not read the DTS audio. DID NOT WORK. I would NOT recommend this product.

I have had a Samsung and Sony Bluray player and both of them broke and I returned them.  The Samsung BD-P1600 was loud and didn't play many blu-rays!!  The sony was featureless and slow.  This Panasonic has a lot for the money (except Netflix), rather quiet to players in the same price range and plays all my blu-rays!!!  Very happy.  Unless you want Netflix, get this one.

I purchased the Panasonic's DMP-BD60 to finish my home theatre system and I'm glad I did. For the low cost of this player and the features it delivers, to me was a great buy. It compliments all my other Panasonic devices and ease of install with Vera link (EZ sync), I would recommend it to my friends, and have.
