Pros: My teeth feel so clean, like I've had my teeth cleaned professionally! The battery indicator is also very nice. The battery lasted 8 years on my prior older type Sonicare toothbrush.
Cons: The newer models use a gummy rubber cover over the on/off button, and mine wore out/broke off and fell inside...

I have had this toothbrush for some time. I LOVE it, i use it 2-3 times daily. It makes me feel like I just got back from the dentist, even after all these years. it is easy to clean and change heads. It doesn't take up much space and I have never had a problem with the charger or battery. I will never go back to "regular" tooth brush, I took one on trip--never again will pack my sonicare from now on!!!!
This is the third Sonicare toothbrush I have owned and it is by far the best. Easy to travel with.
I bought the sonicare essence 5300 recently and have loved it. It gives your mouth an extra clean feeling after you are done brushing, a feeling you don't get when using a regular toothbrush. I love it so much that I need to get extra heads so that my husband can use it.
Love this product because it cleans & removes particles trapped in my teeth much better than my old Braun electric toothbrush. I feel like my teeth are really clean after I am done using this product.
I love the Sonicare Essence 5300. It is a great product and I'd highly recommend it. It brushes great. It tickles at first, but you'll get used to it The only thing that I didn't realize when I bought it was that it didn't have the QuadPacer, but eventually I'll probably get the FlexCare with the UV sanitizer. I should've checked over the side of the "features" section of the box to make sure that it has QP, but oh well! Overall it's a great product.

This brush has done wonders, I was at the Dentist for scaling and before I got this brush it took amost an hour and a half. After a few weeks I had the other side of my mouth done and it nly took about 20 minutes. What a wonder this brush has been on me and my family.
I'm pretty pleased with Sonicare's Essence 5300 Electric Toothbrush. My teeth feel cleaner and my gums are not as irritated after switching from a regular toothbrush to Sonicare.
