A person who speaks and understands english should answer phone!

Portrait Studio — 

FIrst and foremost - the phone should never be answered "What is your phone number please".  Even if I am calling to make an appointment at the portrait studio.  Second, I could not find out if my appointment time was available until I gave my phone, name and zipcode.  Third, a person who speaks english clearly, but more importantly UNDERSTANDS english should be answering the phone.  It took six times to spell my rather simple name correctly.  I could not get her name, because her name was not a part of the "script" she read through.  This is not polite.  This is not professional.  This is just down right frustrating and unprofessional.

I just wonder how you expect anyone to give you information about your appointment time if you arent willing to give us your name and information. It is alot easier and more accurate if they can pull up your file and the only way to do that is to search for your file out of the millions of others that Sears assists every year. Customer service agents are not psychics. They need some help from you to locate that info.
