My 2 yr old daughter made this visit a nightmare. She didn't like the flash every time the picture was taken and so she cried the entire time. I'm pretty disgusted with the way our portrait session went recently. I took my daughter and son in for photos of the two of them together. We were rushed in, the photographer took 10 pictures and sent us out. There was no regard for what I wanted. I didn't want any single pictures, and over half the poses were of them separately. The photographer made no effort to make sure clothes were tidy in the picture (my son is 11 months old and his shirt kept coming untucked), even though I told her. Then I asked to have 1 pose with my son standing next to the number 1 because his first birthday is coming...
read full review »The pictures that the Sears portrait studio produced from my daughter's sittings were fabulous. The beauty, spunk and charisma sparkled through in her eyes and the poses. There was no way to deny that this child was on the brink of a whole new era in life!
The gracefulness of the lighting and the props added to the whole picture series and made her senior pictures the most classy and distinctive pictures seen by my family and friends in years. Thank you!
Our 7 member family photo session went very well. The staff was VERY patient with us, as we were very particular about how we wanted our pictures to look. She made good suggestions with poses as well.
When we went back the following day to select our photos and order our package, the other saleswoman was equally patient. We spent at least 3 hours in the store adding enhancements to our photos and took our time selecting which ones were going to be ordered as prints. read full review »Portraits look awful, there are huge gaps between me and all my family memebers. No re-dos on photos, no one is looking at the right spot, she never said ready,just said every gather and do what you think is right. it was her job to place us so we look profsional and she did not. i will not go back and do not recommend ever..
I scheduled an 11:00 appointment for my 3 year old and 5 month old; we wanted to get pictures for holiday presents for the grandparents. I arrived ten minutes early and waited around until my appointment. After another ten minutes, I asked the photographer how long it would be, and she laughed and told me another lady "came in first" so she just started shooting her pictures. I was a little taken back by this because I had a SCHEDULED appointment and I'm pretty sure that scheduled meetings mean they are reserved. Not only did we want family photos before Christmas (we came in the 1st week of December) we also needed Sr. Pictures for my oldest son. We had a photographer that was fun to work with, and listened to all our needs. at the end, she helped us with choosing the best discount getting the most for our money. We ended up getting several Sr. Pictures on a seperate CD for my Son's school, as well as a variety of family photos as well as these photos on CD...
read full review »They did an awesome job with my daughter's second year photos. They were awesome and wonderfully beautifu picturesl. The employees were very professional and exrememly patient. I know working with toddlers doomflwsThey handled tit with such grace. We will definitely be coing banf for further sesions,,,like more birthdays, Christmas (we did in 2008-AWESOME), Easter.
