“Makes good hot popcorn....and it's healthy.....till I use butter”

My previous popcorn maker was one of the original Weaver brands from the early 1980's.  Used that maker for years, make great popcorn so it would be a tough act to follow.  This Presto maker is just as good.  Heats up fast, makes good popcorn, pops most of the kernels, able to eat hot popcorn, that's it.

“This is a great product at a great price”

This is one of the best poppers that I have ever purchased.  The popcorn comes out light, soft, and perfect.  It's an inexpensive way to make a healthy snack.

“easy to clean!”

Our family eats a lot of popcorn and we found that popping our own was much healthier and cheaper than buying those microwave packs.  We're so happy that we selected this one.

“Easy to Use”

The Presto PopLite popcorn popper is so easy to use, it doesn't even have an on/off switch!

At first I felt that this was a cheesy way for the designers of this product to cut costs, (which it is), by not incorporating a simple and inexpensive power switch.  However, after using it with my kids a few times, unplugging it is easy enough.

In order to keep un-popped kernals from flying out, you must consistently use the recommended 1/2 cup of corn every time you make a batch.  The freshly popped corn on the top keeps the un-popped corn from shooting out of the machine and across the room.  The...

“Easy to use popcorn maker, with or without additives”

I love popcorn, especially when freshly popped and warm. The Presto PopLite pops most of the kernals and I can make it plain, add herbal sprinkles or add a flavored butter. It does have a tendency to throw the popcorn beyond the bowl, so I make a shield. I find the butter has to be room temperature to melt in the little tray. it works fairly quickly and does makes a bit of noise. I use mine regularly for movie night at home.

“love it when using big kernels of popcorn”

 

 

 

 

air popper for popcorn is fast and quick.  I found the small kernals don't pop. 

they are blown out of the popper.
