The Presto Griddle in one word is awesome! It has enough cook space that you can cook an entire breakfast at once, no more 2 pancakes at a time in a regular frying pan. I take it camping in the summer time, and home in the winter. I don't know how I lived without it for as long as I did, but I know I couldn't live without it now!
We have owned our Presto Cool Touch Griddle for about six months and it was money well spent. Every Saturday we do, what my family calls, "Big Breakfast". It is the only morning that we are all together for breakfast without having to rush out the door. We do bacon, hashbrowns, eggs, pancakes...and never have enough stove eyes to do it all at one time. I saw this griddle in the store for around $20 and bought it. It is a wonderful kitchen gadget to own. I've had two Presto griddles in a row, one for almost five years. I dropped it and broke it, which is why I had to replace it, because it was still going strong! I've had the replacement griddle for about two years now and it works just as well as it did when I first bought it. The nonstick surface works better than my husband's expensive Calphalon and the heat is steady and even. I use this griddle almost every day and would not consider buying another brand. An excellent value for the money!
Together my boyfriend and I have 8 kids. This griddle allows up to 6 french toast, medium size pancakes, or grill cheese to be made at once. You can also make 4 medium size pork chops at once or six small. Perfect for six hamburgers as well. Has an AWESOME no mess easy clean up and a drain hole for the greese. I love it and if I had enough counter space, I would have two.
Excellent Griddle...easy clean, easy to use, and works great. I have been extremely happy with this appliance!
This griddle is far bigger than I thought it would be. It heats quickly and cooks evenly unlike my last griddle. I give this product 5 stars!
The Presto griddle is very convenient to use and is a real multi tasker. Any where you can plug it into an electric outlet. Pesto ,your cooking.I am an avid cook. So if your cooking pancakes, bacon,sausage for breakfast or a BBQ on the Patio or a cook out at work with burgers or steaks. it cleans up easily. and stores compactly. you may even want two for large breakfasts It also has a grease trap to drain off while cooking.You may have to push the grease to the drain because it is a flat surface. Makes grilled sandwiches a breeze.
Love the foldaway cool touch griddle. Fits underneath my stove in the drawer perfectly and, although it looks smaller, it has more cook top space and seems to cook evenly.
Hi I have used the Presto Cool touch Griddle and the first one i had was a dud, because it would overcook on the end closer to the plug, and take longer to cook on the other end and in the middle.
The second one i have is just great. Just plug it in and go to make pancakes, grilled sandwiches and more.
I definitely recommend this item.
All I can say is that this is a great item! It is enexpensive and easy to use, and I use mine constantly!
