ProForm XP Weight Bench, XP300 —
We have a proform eliptical and treadmill, so I knew I could not go wrong with this smith machine, even after read all the reviews and opinions, people were so wrong. This thing is great. I have only had it over a week and have already gained so much on my bench press. It takes out some of the balance work, so you can pack on the weight!! This is now my 5th bench system I have purchased in 5yrs. i have wanted a machine like this, but were always too expensive. This was so resonable. I have worked out now few times a week for about 16 yrs. now. I"m no god, but its all about to change NOW! with this machine. It did take a good 4 to 5 hrs. to put it together, but I took my time, and it turned out great. Directions were very good! Just a little tip for u boys that are spraying oil on the chrome rods for a smoother action while benching. I am waxing them with a car wax. works great! and no dirt sticking in the grease either. give it a try. I figure it will keep them from rusting also, as I have it set up in my garage anyway, just a precaution. My lifting buddy loves it too! he just keeps saying, wow that is nice, that is nice. With the right diet and excercise, this thing should turn any man into a big freaky dude! I have tried all those resistance band machines on display, they stink! always stay with a freeweight cable system is the way to go!!!!! I have had those benches where you have the lat system over the front of the bench, they are junk. Buy this one,you will love it!!!!!!!!ProForm XP Weight Bench, XP300
