ProForm XP Weight Bench, XP300 — 

It is an excellent substitute to the hordes of people at our local gym. We've owned a Pro-Form treadmill for nearly a decade, so we figured we could not go wrong with this home gym. It is, surprisingly, extremely sturdy. We also picked up a couple 25lb. plates, because it didn't come with any and we already had 35lb. and 45lb. plates at home already. Post-installation, we were very pleased. Our only minor complaint is that the bar is a bit sticky at times when using the benchpress. Otherwise, it's a great well-rounded machine for someone who enjoys the convenience of a home multi-gym apparatus.
