“*sigh* Stopped working after 1 night”
ProForm XP XP 690T Treadmill —
I love the feel of this treadmill, I like that I can plug in my MP3 player, not just an ipod, I like the length of the belt, and I like the big trays so I can set all kinds of stuff on either side while walking. The display is bright, and it's a very user friendly interface.
Unfortunately, my husband used it for a light 2 mile walk, and I used it for a 3 mile walk (I got it for my bad knee, to help rehab it) It had a good half hour to an hour between uses. I just went to use a day later & it no longer works. The display turns on, the volume display shows up & goes from 6 to 0, and then nothing. Nothing works. I can't get the **** thing to move. I can't get any button to work, I can't change the display, I can't work the incline. Nothing.
It's under warranty, since I just got it, and we also bought the extended warranty for another 3 years (which I'm glad of now if this is a sign of things to come)
We'll find out tomorrow how their response to this will be. If it's not satisfactory, or if they fix it & this happens again right away, I will be returning it to get my money back.
