“Dermatologist said NO! to Proactiv!”

Proactiv Solution — 

I had watched the info commercials for Proactive like everybody else.  I had heard rave reviews from a 20 something year old teacher who was just starting on Proactive.  When my beautiful 14 year old niece began to have breakouts that were leading to scarring I was actually the one who suggested Proactive.  The results were zip, zilch, nada over a period of months.  Finally she saw a dermatologist who is treating her with topical meds and laser on a monthly basis with much better results.  He said NEVER use Proactive as it is damaging to the skin and in his words, "It will age your skin by 15 years.".  He said their marketing is phenominal but that the product is not one he would ever reccomend

it does work, it works for pretty much everyone, and it uses alpha hydroxy acids, which make your skin smooth and its what most anti aging products use...so hes full of it and just wants your business
