Back in April 2009 my wife and I purchased a new pro-form 580 XP cross-walk treadmill from our local Sears store in our home town of Minocqua WI.  The reason we chose this brand was from previous experiences with this type of treadmill.  Previously, we had owned a pro-form treadmill for...

Beware of warantee period

Only two years old, moderate use, and the controller board within the treadmill has failed. Sears warantee is only six months, and the manufacturer's only a year. My treadmill was a great deal, but the part will cost nearly half what I originally paid! I wish companies would stand behind their products....

ProForm Treadmills Reviews

I researched many treadmills at various stores before finding this Proform Crosswalk 380 at Sears.  I wanted one that folds small enough to stow in a closet, has a variety of workouts, the ability to incline and the upper body workout.  AND I wanted all that for a low price.  The Proform 380 gave me all of that and more.  I didn't expect to get a heart monitor - that's an added bonus.  If you get this, or any treadmill, pay the delivery and setup fee!  It's worth it.  Oh, and it's quiet.  I'm very happy with this purchase!!  So far I love my treadmill.

Proform 542. I have had this machine for a few years now and I love it. It has held up very nicely. Easy to use and makes exercise fun.

great value!

I've only had it a few weeks, but I must say that my treadmill is better than I'd hoped for!

i love it

the equipment is so easy to assemble, i don't work out a lot, only 30 minutes each time and about 3-4 times a week, i bought Profrom cross walk sport at sears for $399. It's been a few months and so far, i have not had any problem..

We purchased the Proform Crosswalk 415 Treadmill from Sears and exactly 3 months later the crosswalk arm broke off and the tread began to stop unexpectedly while we are walking.  The stopping is actually dangerous if you are going very fast.  The belt also speeds up and slows down and does not maintain a consistent speed at any setting.  We have also not had any success at returning it or getting it repaired because it only had a 90 day warranty and we did not purchase the extended warranty.  It broke on day 92.

Sears was no help at all, they would not let us exchange or return on day 92 and told...

Best Buy For The Money

I recently purchased the Proform 620 Weight Loss Treadmill after researching others for about a year. Was a big purchase and wanted to be sure I was selecting the right one. Very happy with my purchase!  Does everything it claims to in the ad. Was delivered and set up by Sears Technicians.  I recommend this particular treadmill to others. Plan to use it to increase my cardiovascular workout and lose weight. Is quiet and sturdy.  My 25 year old Army son (recently home from his 3rd deployment to Iraq) stays in shape by running and working out daily.  He  too approved my new purchase as well... read full review »

The Perform 360E Treadmill was fairly easy to set up by myself but would be much easier with 2 people. Spacewise, it is just right when you lack a lot of room---I just wish the motor was a little quieter since I watch television while using it and I have to turn the volume up a bit too high for my family.

I recently bought the Proform 380 Crosswalk Treadmill. When I first looked at this treadmill I thought it was kind of small, but once it was delivered and setup (by Sears), I realized that this treadmill was the perfect size. My family has owned other treadmills over the years, but the features that I especially like about this treadmill is that it is quiet, you can add more to your workout by using the workout arms, it has several pre-programed workouts, you can adjust the incline with a push of a button and most of all the price was right. I actually found this treadmill to cost less... read full review »

I Love This Treadmill!!!!

This is just a basic review of my proform treadmill that i have had now for about a year.

The performance is Great! I have had no problems what so ever with it, the speeds seem to be accurate but i am not sure about the calorie burnt counts, I am not to happy about how this Treadmill folds up for space saving though and it is not to easy to manuver around when it needs moved.

My husband and I had done quite a lot of research in preparation for a treadmill purchase, since this is our first. For the features as well as the affordability, the Proform 580 seemed to fit the bill. We went to our local Sears store and the salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the treadmills, answering each question and addressing every concern we confronted him with. We looked at some of the less expensive treadmills, but they really didn't offer the features that we were looking for, so we moved on to the Proform 580. Regularly priced at $899 it seemed to be a good deal... read full review »
