LockedIs there a fairly quiet fridge out there?

We've tried Kenmore Elite, no dice.

We're considering Bosch or Electrolux, but reviews I've seen everywhere are mixed on those brands.  I'll pay for quiet and reliability.  But, even with money in hand I can't find a fridge I feel confident about.  The only thing positive about fridge shopping is knowing Sears has got my back if I hate what I buy.  But I don't want to keep sending fridges back to them.  They deserve to make something for their trouble.

Please help me figure out a fridge that's approx 21-22 cubic feet that will be easy on my sensative ears while not falling apart all the time.  I know fridges will make some noise, but I want to keep it to a minimum.

We just bought a counter depth GE Profile and are very happy with it. The ice maker is inside the freezer and we do not hear it make ice. We bought it about a year ago and are very happy with it. It does hum on occasion but I do not find it loud. We have set it so that the door beeps at us when it is open for too long. I like that feature even though it scared me at first. Good luck!
