Lockedsafety of food back in new refrig

The new refrigerator arrived and after washing it down with baking soda and water, what are the guidelines for returning food to it?

We have been using a ice-packed cooler for the dairy based items like milk, salad dressings with eggs, sour cream, eggs etc.  and my understanding is that vinegar-based items like mustards, relish, ketsup, pickles, as well as jellies and jams are okay with being out (they have been in 50 degrees in the old refrig or the past 3 days, and out this morning for 2 hrs while we waited for the installation)

Yikes, I just counted 44 such items but then I keep some stuff that doesn't need to be cold, like soy sauce, in the fridge.

So what should I toss, if  anything?

For me:

Anything that would make you feel uneasy eating - like a mayonaise or dairy based product.

I'd get rid of the mayo and dairy stuff.  I'd probably throw out the eggs too. I know that they don't have to be refrigerated (after all, they sit under a chicken for who knows how long, right?  LOL) but I'm weird about food so I'd toss them. I feel for you though.  When we had the big black out a few years back we lost so much stuff from our fridge and freezers.
