Remington Tools 10 in. Electric Pole-Mounted Chainsaw —

If you have trees that need periodic trimming and can't afford a tree service, you need one of these. I have several large Siberian Elms that grow like weeds and need annual branch removal, this handled even the largest branches. The first one of these I bought had two defects; the oiler didn't work, so make sure yours works when you pump it. And the extender clamp came off the bottom pole section. The problem is, it's made of plastic, and will fail eventually. They really should have made this piece from metal. I exhanged it and the second one works fine so far. Like any chainsaw, the important thing is to keep the chain sharp and well oiled. Push the oiler bulb several times before each cut. Chain oil is alot cheaper than a new chain. All in all, a very good saw for a hundred bucks.
