I have found them to be drastically overpriced. Also, when i called to cancel my contract because the project was past a deadline and over budget I was given a great runaround and told I would be forced to pay the full price of the cabinets. The kicker is that the rep I was talking with refused to tell me the price of the cabinets. Then I was told that even if I paid the price of the cabinets I would not be gien the cabinets. I would simply be forfeiting that money all tofether.
Look elsewhere for cabinets and customer service. I will likely be putting all my craftsmen tools for sale on craigslist and I will no longer be purchasing anything from Sears in any of its forms.
