Scheduling is terrible!, Service center contacts are useless!, STILL NEVER HEARD From Anyone. !!!!

Repair Service — 

Sears service sucks.  I had an appointment for 5 days for today between 8 @ 12. At 2.07pm, still no service man.  Called Sears and they said he was overbooked. (My Problem?).  Hung up on twice.
