Repair Service —
My 5 year old Whirpool refrigerator stopped working. I had to wait 4 days for them to come out and repair it. The repair man came yesterday he was very nice and appeared to solve the problem. I bought groceries to stock my refrigerator and this morning again my refrigerator is out. All Sears had to offer was, "We can come out in 5 days", when I told them this was unacceptable since they should have fixed my refrigerator yesterday the supervisor said "have a nice day" and hung up.
I have bought all my appliances at Sears and was planning to buy my dishwasher there as well, but now that I know that this is how they treat you when things break down, I'll make my future purchases else where.
