Between working and kids don't have alot of time to stand up and cook which makes this all the better.Love the whole idea of throwing something in it and letting it cook with no worries.Makes life a little easier when it comes to cooking when you got so much other stuff going on.Don't know what I would do with out it sometimes.
I enjoy the large capacity. I can make lots of chili. In the winter the 7qt comes in handy for all kinds of easy meals. For a hard working single mom this is the slow cooker to choose.
Life Saving Crock Pot
I use the crock pot because it is easy to fix a meal and let it cook while you are at work. You do not have to worry that the food will burn because the crock pot is a slow cooker. If you plan ahead, you can put meat, potatoes, and vegetables in the crock pot and leave it all day long and come home to a good hot meal. I also, like to use the crock pot for cooking western style ribs and sauerkraut and when the two flavors blend together it really is good.
The crock pot is a life saver for the working mom.

After quite a bit of shopping I chose this particular model while at Sears in Elyria, Ohio. The associate was helpful, friendly, and made making a decision easy.
Since having my crock pot I've used it both at home and at school pot-lucks. It's come in handy on several occasions. I'm very pleased.
