This is the most awesome product that I have ever purchased!!! Well worth every penny and then some. I just hit a button on the remote and tell it to start and it cleans every surface it can reach and when it's done, it puts itself back on its charger. It doesn't complain or moan or put it off til later like my kids. It is so refreshing to have my house clean every single day. The kids love the fact that they don't have to swift or vacuum anymore, so they are trying extra hard not to leave stuff on the floor anymore. I swear this product has changed my life for the better. I love it so much, I am buying a second one to send to my mother and that is when I saw this review section and wanted to add my 2 cents. When using it, just remember that if it will hurt a regular vacuum, it will hurt this too. So I pick up my throw carpets and make the kids pick up all the toys, so it won't get hurt. Also the kids named it 'Eduardo' a sexy latin name they said was most appropriate and they kind of treat it like a pet.
