I just bought my second Rowenta Iron. The first one, I bought several years ago and loved it, until my son let it drop to the floor. I decided to buy another one and am very pleased with it. They heat very good, slide easily and produces a lot of steam. My white blouses (work uniform) look like they came from the Laundry. These irons are quite expensive but worth each penny. All other brands used before didn't last for more than two or three months.

This is a nice iron for the price. The time had arrived for me to replace my 20 year old iron. i chose this model and it is working well for me.
This iron says "Professional" on it, but that's more of a prestigous play on words than a true to life description. A real professional iron does not shut off automatically. And professionals don't like the auto shut off feature that so many of us have come accustomed to and desire.
Performance: This iron removes wrinkles in a flash, is a steam powerhouse and heats up and cools down quickly. It glides effortlessly over fabrics and removes wrinkles in a single pass. It steams so well, that it doesn’t seem to need the burst of steam feature, however it does have this feature. And you may not need...
I love the burst of steam from the Rowenta iron. Have used mine now for 10 years with no complaints. It's also very sturdy as it's been knocked off the iron on many occasions with no damage.
I have had this Rowenta iron for years-does a terrific job getting the wrinkles out. Light, and easy to manuever. Heats up quickly!
The Rowenta Professional iron has been a wonderful appliance. It heats quickly and the powerful steam burst works incredibly well after 4 years in my possession. I do a lot of ironing weekly and truly enjoy the task because my Rownta makes it easy.
I love the auto shut off if I have forgtten to unplug. The auto clean feature removes deposits from the iron. I also like the power steam function for steaming clothes.
It is a must have in any home.
