NordicTrack Mini Stepper
i bought this product a couple months ago. this is a great space saving cardio workout. you can start feeling the burn with in just a couple of minutes. it counts steps, time and calories. gets a little squeaky at times but wd40 fixes that. overall a great product.
Lifecore LCR100 Rowing Machine
I read all the reviews on the Lifecore Fitness R100 so I decided to purchase this awesome product. I currently workout at CrossFit using the concept 2. I can tell you there is no comparison between the C2 and R100. Hands down the R100 is a much better feeling rower. Here are a few things to consider. I do like simplicity of the C2. I would say the C2 is Old technology and the R100 is new technology. The seat design is much more comfortable and the drive system is really smooth. The R100 needs to be plugged vs. the C2 does not.
