Well, here it is April 22 2010 and I can't find the website to enter my receipt number. It seems that this must be a "come-on" deal to entice customers.

Yes, I have problems following the receipt direction of the receipt for "EXPERIENCE" SURVEY. I feel this JOKE or BOGUS. I think this should be reported to the Consumer Affairs Office.

Yes, I had the same problem today. Going around and around looking - there is nowhere to put the 12 digit number of my four sales receipts. WHAT A JOKE!

every one needs to go back to the store and return your purchases and tell them its because of their bogus survey.

yea me too. the manager at the patchogue, ny sears hardware told me to go on line and give a feedback and be entered to win 4,000. but like everyone else here i cannot. you know what, i am going back and returning my purchase and im telling them this is why.

You seem to forget, Sears couldn't care less about a few complainers. They figure people will try to connect a few times to the Website and then give up and go away. The bottom line? THIS IS FRAUD

It is March 4th., 2010 and I have 3 recent Sears sales receipts all stamped with the "SURVEY" sticker. The Manager and employees of the store in Phoenixville, PA all say that the survey is still active and that they are aware of no problems. So--------isn't it obvious to everyone? The dates I see posted here are from November, 2009 to March, 2010. That's four months! I'm a Computer Tech. and I can tell you that a Website can go down, but normally for only a few minutes or a few hours. This Sears Website has been shut down on purpose. I hadn't been to any kind of Sears store in many years but their Hardware store is very close so I went there three times. I'm not going back. I found cheaper prices on the items I purchased anyway. A $4000.00 "SURVEY" which Sears own employees say is still going on is nothing more than a scam. Sears could care less about the comments posted here, but I am going to my local Sears Hardware store today and demand an answer from their manager. Pending the outcome of that, I will file a Police report and see what happens. Good luck to you all.
