SEARSHARDWARE FEEDBACK —

I am very pleased that the Sears Hardware, which is near our home. It carries the filter that goes on our Kenmore Refrigerator Freezer double door./icemaker. Before, we were having to travel at least 6 miles through busy downtown traffic. Now it is only 3 miles and on our way to where we eat lunch and go to the drug store and go to the post office. This will make it very handy for future purchases for us.

The product itself has a shelf life of about 5-6 months and that is pretty good,and the Refrigerator can not be beat. The Filter is very easy to install and I have trouble tying my shoes, if you know what I mean. The light indicator goes yellow and lets you know it is ime to call to see if they have them in stock or need to order. My Sears Hardware has them in stock.

So we are very Happy with Sears and especially now with Sears Hardware.

I recentley made a number of purchases about 10 minutes from home,I was so impressed with the sales person & his knowlege & his help I went back & made 2 more purchases & told the mgr. about how great it was to shop there.,also that he had a great employee. thanks

shopped around for a blower/vac found best value at searshardware telegraph rd on sale and had it in stock

Keep doing business there and soon you will be an ex customer, as well . Unless you like doing business with STUPID PEOPLE and over priced products that don't measure up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hardware SUCKS i would rather do business with a rattlesnake!!!!!!!!!!!! I have spent lots of money with this particular store in ofallon mo, on hwy K and received nothing but a run around every time i'm there!!!!!!!!!!!! On hold for a manager who after six different phone calls and 45 minutes on hold is not even there after i was told he was there by three different associates !!Sears ass. don't know there product or policies. Other competitors have alot more going for them because sears customer satisfaction is ZERO in my opinion, and i'm not that hard to do business with, just a hard working mid western guy. Save yourself some time and money and especially some aggrevation and do business elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM AN EX-CUSTOMER. Definatly will not reccomend, not even to a rattlesnack. SAVE YOURSELF PERIOD

IT WAS SO EASY. I FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. THE LOACTION IS CLOSE TO HOME AND I ALWAYS GO TO THAT STORE WHEN I NEED SOMETHING. I KNOW I CAN FIND IT. THANK YOU.
