I am very pleased that the Sears Hardware, which is near our home.  It carries the filter that goes on our Kenmore Refrigerator Freezer double door./icemaker.  Before, we were having to travel at least 6 miles through busy downtown traffic.  Now it is only 3 miles and on our way to where we eat lunch and go to the drug store and go to the post office.  This will make it very handy for future purchases for us.

The product itself has a shelf life of about 5-6 months and that is pretty good,and the Refrigerator can not be beat.  The Filter is very easy to install and I have trouble tying...

Needing a replacement for my gas cooking range, I perused a copy of Consumers Report where a gas range made by Hotpoint received top recommendation.  After carefully examining all the features e.g. dimensions, burner output, cooktop features, oven features and other technical details, I compared them with other brands and decided a Hotpoint best suited my needs. My wife also liked the Hotpoint model RGB790DEPBB which is finished in a gloss black and is self-cleaning.

On the internet, I appraised this gas range from many places throughout the United States and found the best deal at my local Sears...

The customer service was excellent; very helpful staff. The gentleman that helped me  locate the leaf blower was very helpful and even carried to the leaf blower to the checkout counter.

The sales representative was extremly helpful on info about opening a Sears credit card and the different payment options (after I opened the Sears credit card) for today's purchase. The sales (cashier) representative's number is 058719002288.

You can tell both these employees enjoy their employment at Sears. I hope comments like the one I just wrote, gives these type of Sears employees some rewards/insentives...

All of the items that i have purchased at sears hardware are great and i would greatly reccomend the hedge trimmers and lawn mowers

I was greeted courtesly without pressure and shown the models I was looking for . I was given good information on what I was needing and looking for in the proper price range. I am satisfied withe pickup time and service received for the dryer.

The store has every thing I need and it was very easy to find. I was able to get in and out quickly. I needed to get back to the house.

Sears hardware store is close to my home. I usually find what I need or want by myself, the store is openly set-up and easy to get around. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly as well the store is clean and bright. The outside of the store is clean and parking lot is fairly large. Thanks Sears! Brenda Cuevas

My friends and I were in search of an upright freezer.  After visiting the Sears store in Meridan, ******, ******** and *******, we decided to visit the Sears Hardware store.  We were greeted by Cathy #216 as soon as we entered the store.  She was helpful, curtious and informative.  Because of her, we purchased a freezer that is larger and more expensive than we were originally look at.  We would definitely shop the hardware store knowing Cathy is there to help us.

I had recently gotten an old Step Back cabinet and the knobs on the drawer had the wrong hardware.  It has old glass knobs on the drawer and I wanted to use the same one's.  I went to a local hardware store and was not able to get the correct screws and wing nuts needed to stabilize the knobs.  I stopped at the Sears Hardware in Hewitt, NJ on my way home, walked into the hardware section and was immediatly approached by a very nice gentlemen who asked if I needed help and in about 2 minutes time I had the correct hardware.  Couldn't wait to run home and put the knobs back on the cabinet.

I just purchased a new Kenmore HE3t front loading washer from the Sears Appliance store in Milford, OH.  I just want to say that the Sales Representative was very nice, informative and professional.  He definitely was a plus in helping me purchase the washer that will be right for my family.  The washer gets delivered Nov 20, 2009.  I'll have to get back to you on how I feel about the actual performance of the appliance.  Talk to you in a week,,,,,,,,,,,,,I'm excited!
