Sales Assistant - Maria —

I was at Sears Santa Fe, NM yesterday. Maria who was working the Fine Jewellry section processed my payment for items. Her customer service was fantastic, she offered us payment solutions and advised the benefits. She was extremely polite and friendly. Even though I was not impressed with the range of clothing you have for women's business attire, If all your sales assistants are as enthusiastic, polite and friendly as Maria, I may consider coming back to purchase items from other departments.

Maria truely deserves a gold star!
