Sam and Max Y-Neck Ruffle Front Blouse Reviews

I've never worn women's clothing before--I'm 21 years old and always wear juniors clothing.  My question is: will this shirt be fitted, as most juniors shirts are?  I usually wear a small in juniors, so going down a size to make up for the difference is out of the question.
