The sleek look of the refrigerator on the outside is nice, but it is the features that win you over for the long haul. The french doors allow you to open one side and still open a drawer as needed. The door bins are deep allowing you to store numerous items in the door without it being tight.

This Refrigerator is well designed with a lot of storage space. The shelving is strong and well constructed. It holds temperatures accurately in both the refrigerator and freezer sections. The icemaker makes a loud clunk when it drops the ice into the bin but it is no big deal. It is easy to access items...

I love this new refrigerator. It has tons of room, and the various shelves and drawers make organizing your fridge a snap. It is a little louder than our old fridge, but I think we will get used to it. I haven't noticed any problems with the black surface scratching yet either. I love being able to customize the temperature on the larger drawer, and the electronic panel on the outside of the fridge lets you know exactly what temperature the fridge and freezer are at. Great fridge!
We purchased this refrigerator and love it. The set up of the shelves and function of the are great. The flip up shelf helps with the storage. The child safe lock is very easy to use. We have yet to been able to full it to the brim.
We would suggest this refrigerator to anyone. The size seems large but it did not take up any more space then our older 26 cubic refrigerator.
We purchased this refrigerator last month and we could not be more pleased. Not only is it a beautiful addition to our kitchen but it does everything we need it to do. The ice maker and water dispenser in the door is really convenient and works great. I really like that you can fill tall glasses without a problem. There is a TON or room inside the refrigerator and I have not once had a problem finding a place to put anything. read full review »Great price for this refrigerator. We had a 10 year old fridge that was very inefficient for space. The bottom freezer is great and so easy to use. I truly enjoy the look and style.
After struggling with a side by side we bought this refrigerator and simply love it. So much more functional and you can easily see everything. The freezer design is also great with a separate pull out drawer to store smaller items.
Whoever designed this should receive an award. Everything was thought of...the special door closure in the middle of the French Doors, the rolling top drawer in the bottom freezer, the special large drawer in the bottom of the refrigerator....with it's own climate control, etc, etc, etc. I really USE this refrigerator. I would definitely purchase it again.
I was worried about the space difference going from my 19 Cubic Foot side-by-side to this 29 Cubic foot refrigerator. Imagine my suprise when this Samsung fit perfectly in the same space and gave me so much more interior space! Even with the ice maker/water dispenser taking some of my space away, this refrigerator truly gives you a massive amount of storage space. I have had no issues to this point -- some have complained about the noise when the ice maker drops ice -- IMO, this refrigerator is no louder than any other refrigerator that performs the same function and it is by no means too...
read full review »Our previous refrigerator was a 30-year-old side-by-side unit with external dimensions similar to this Samsung -- same width, 2 inches shorter and 2 inches less deep. The Samsung's freezer drawer layout provides lots of organized space--it easily swallowed everything we had in the freezer of our old fridge with lots of room left over. In the refrigerator, the two gallon-container shelves in the right door hold at least half of what was on the main shelf in our old unit. I must admit, I was a lil' skeptical about buying a refurb or floor model item, but after a lot of reading I was confident that everything would be okay. The description of my item was on point. The only decrepancy my item suffered, one of the pull handles on the fridge part had 2 scuff marks on it. I eliminated them, by buying some glossy finger nail paint to match the handle. read full review »We love the freezer, it has lots of space! We do like the refrigerator as well but we ordered it in black. It scratches very easily!! We have had black appliances before, never had an issue with scratches. But our fridge is already all scratched up especially in the ice dispenser area from glasses. Never again would I buy this model in black. Very disappointing when you spend that much money on an appliance and it looks new for about a week.
