Absolutely Horrible!

Samsung 3.9 cu. ft. Front-Load Steam Washing Machine (WF448AAP) —

The worst washer ever. Can't even begin to list everything wrong with it and the first machine I had was replaced.  Don't understand why everyone is giving these machines such high ratings??? As I said I had two machines so they both couldn't of been lemons.

It rips and makes holes in the clothes. The clothes look like they have been washed 20 times in one, they have these little "fuzzies" all over making the clothes look very worn. The detergent dispenser is a disaster. The detergent, fabric softener, bleach, etc., immediately release even before the door is closed or the machine is turned on. Learned that the hard way with the first wash and had a huge mess running down the washer door, in the pedestal drawer and all over the floor. It has ruined hundreds of dollars worth of clothes and I know it's the washer because some delicate clothes I don't even put in the dryer. These are the" latest and greatest" right now and everyones raving about these, well I think it's just a matter of time before people start crawling out of the wood work about these machines. In fact, on a lot of websites they already are. Exchanged both the washer and dryer for Electrolux. If I could of gave this machine zero stars I would have.

Hello, no I am not happy with them at all. I got the wave touch models and let's just say they are junk. There is hardly any water just like most other HE machines and I should know because this is my fourth brand of HE machines front load machines. First, I had Whirlpool, then Kenmore HE5t, then Samsung and now the Electroluxes. The Elecroluxes are horrible on the clothes and they don't come clean. The stain guide thing is a waste of time and money. All it does is give you suggestions on how to remove stains, the machine doesn't "actually" do it for you which is what I first thought it did but it doesn't. Straight to the point, there is not enough water, point, blank and period. I don't care what anyone says, you need a good amount of water to get the clothes clean not just have the clothes rub up against eachother and that's why the clothes look so worn out and look like they have been washed 10 times in one wash. And no matter how little HE detergent I use I can't get the soap out in the rinse cycle. I have to rinse a load like 4 times and there's still soap. And don't even get me started on the push buttons and all that. One is broken on the soap dispenser. No thanks, I'm going back to an old fashion top loader with lots of water. This is just plain ridiculous. The clothes don't even smell clean, no matter what cycle or detergent I use. The towels smell like mold and mildew, even on the sanitize cycle.
Hope this helped...sorry to disappoint though. It's a pain now a days trying to figure out what to get but now since this is my fourth machine and each being a different brand, I am definitely going back to a top loader.
Good luck!
