Samsung 3.9 cu. ft. Front-Load Steam Washing Machine (WF448AAP) —

My husband and I run a bed and breakfast and were looking for the prefect washer/dryer set. It is located in a utility room that doubles as our office so it had to be quit. I read all of the reveiws (was going to purchase the 4.7 Electrolux but the salesman recommend against it). I decided to go ahead and try the Samsung since everyone seemed to love it and I knew that if I hated it, I could return or exchange it because of Sears awesome return policy. Well, I love it more than I realized that I would. It is so quite and does such a great job. Thank all of you for entering your reviews and helping me with this decision. And thanks to Sears for their great staff and policies.
