I love my new samsung washer and dryer.  It has lived up to all the reveiws and my needs with flying colors. I am not a big fan Of the sears delivery team.

I agree with HATE SEAR'S DELIVERY, the washer and dryer cost me $1800.00 out the door,even bought the 3yr warranty! I made sure I read all of the review's and figured it's the best for your money right! Wrong, not when it comes to some Sear's warehouse/delivery worker who are mad because it's monday and they have to work! I purchased the set on Sept.28,09 and now I have had to call Sear's to come fix the washer.The washer kept dinging and giving me a warning code of OE. when I finally got ahold of Sear's they sent a repair man out! He told me that the computer in the washer had been damaged by either the warehouse/delivery set up people slamming it around or not wearing a grounding strap! So they were supposed to have a new computer chip fedexed to me in 3 day's a week goes by and no repairman or part. I called Sear's the other day and a customer service rep. told me that the part is on back order and they would ship it as soon as it becomes available! So, I'm thinking it can be a freaking year before that part get's in and my laundry is already backing up! I asked the rep. to let me speak to a manager, because I wanted either my money back or a new washer A.S.A.P! So, the manager get's on the phone and get's it fixed for me without having to pay another dime out of my pocket and now I am getting a new washer tomorrow and by God if Sear's screw's it up again I will get my money back and go else where to buy a Samsung washer! There is nothing wrong with the Samsung washer n dryer's just the grouchy Sear's warehouse/Delivery employee who (A): doesn't get paid enough to even care! (B) Hated the fact that it was Monday. (C) Didn't care in the first place. I hope this help's and will be back after I get the new washer! The dryer is working wonderful and maybe so will the new washer!
