Samsung 4.0 cu. ft. VRT Super Capacity Washer Reviews

I decided to upgrade to the new Samsung VRT from the reviews in July 2010. I got rid of my Maytag Neptunes purchased in July 99. For weeks I only washed regularly worn clothes. No problems, no worry's, very happy. Hockey season started and I had a pile of sweaty, stinky, jersey's and some jeans from doing the year end yard work. Put them in, selected extra wash, extra rinse and high soil. When done and putting in the dryer, I could smell the soap and downie barely covering the sweat stink. I thought, nan, it was just me. We have enjoyed using this machine.  The Samsung VRT Washer is a beauty.  But, I did have some problems with the Sears personnel that delivered it as they did not know how to stack the dryer on the washer.

Further, I have not been able to register the unit on-line with Samsung as the site will not accept the numbers that I copied off the machine.

This is a surprisingly great washer.  I went to get just a regular front loader and read some reviews on the Samsung and decided to give it a try.  First off it is such a water saver, yet the clothes come out cleaner than any washer I have ever had.  The clothes seem almost dry when you take them out to put them in the dryer.  It take half the time to dry this extra size load, as it did my regular load in the old washer. 

I can highly suggest this washer for all of its features.  The Sears associate that we talked to, was very knowledgable about all the features and the price comparison shopping. ...

We got a great deal on our Samsung front loading washer. With the tax credit, electric company rebate and water company rebate we will only pay $350.00 for the machine.

So far, we're very impressed with the washer. It is extremely quiet, and runs smoothly. In addition to the automatic cycles, the machine offers choices in water temperature, spin cycle speed, and dirt level. The only thing you can't select is water level, the machine figures that out on its own. I like that the panel tells you how long the wash cycle will take.

I purchased the Samsung VRT steam washer and dryer in May 2009. It is now July 2009 and Samsung has been unable to repair or replace the broken washer. The glass door on the washer has been cracked since May and I have spent countless hours on the phone with Samsung to get this problem resolved. Samsung has been difficult to deal with and they don't have record of conversations I have had with their customer service representatives. I would not recommend Samsung products as the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and if you have a problem with one of their products you can count...

My wife was very uneasy about this purchase do to price. After use of the product I asked her comments for this review and this what she had to say.

I love the Samsung Steam washer with VRT even on my uneven floors it does not go out of balance and every thing is so clean. It is the best.

I love this samsung 4.0 model, I never knew that I would but, all I can say now is, I don't know what I would do without it, it's the best to me, I would never go back to the other brands, it runs quiet and most of all I love the sweet little melody it makes when the cycle is finish, not to mention, how much less water it takes to do my clothes,  my clothes are so beautifully clean and fresh everytime I have use my new samsung and I would recommend this item to friends and family 1000 percent, Thanks.

This machine has great cleaning power. I use 1/3 the amount of water as my old machine and clothes come out cleaner. The spin cycle has little to - no vibration as compared to any other washers in the spin cycle and has the ability to balance out loads in the spin cycle. The spin cycle removes the water so well that it takes 1/2 the time in the dryer and saves me money. I love this machine.

Due to limited space we had our washer/dryer stacked. It is by far smoother ,quieter and more attractive than the previous brand. And the price was outstanding. Delivery service was outstanding and professional.
