The Samsung is really top of the line with TV's. Me and 5 other guys bought six of these with our signing bonuses when we started working at Sears as Business Analysts. No problems wiht the TV whatsoever. It's easy to understand the interface and overall it's just a sleek goodlooking tv.
...

I like KMART It's like a one stop shopping center for me, Thay have almost everything I need and Always at a Good Price, Thay Always have Good Name Brand Products that you would pay more for in some other stores. I am retired and live on a low income so when I find a Good store with Good Prices and Everything I want I stick with it, Im what you would call a price shopper, I go to diffrent stores to see who has the best price for what I want and where I find where the price is right thats where I buy, Thats why I always shop at KMART It's SMART when you can save money and still get what you want. The Department I like the best is in the Electronics Department where I have bought many items like TV's, VCR's,Printers, Speakers and all my entertainment like VHS's,CD's and DVD's also a shelf to put them all in, I like my music and my video's, I spend alot of time in my office on the computer, watch TV and listen to Music so I want good things that don't cost me alot of money and...
...

I just purchased this television from Sears, and it is amazing! I have it hooked up to my Pioneer 7.1 Surround Sound, and I would rather stay at home and rent a movie than go to the theatre and deal with the sticky floors. This tv replaced my old Magnavox 1080i 30" widescreen tube tv. It was a major upgrade! Went to ********, they had it for the same price, but thier warrenty was **** compared to Sears. Buy the warrenty, This is an excellent television, standard LCD and Plasma are not even in the same category. If your going to spend $1600+ protect it, Sears warrenty is bumper to bumper, so it covers everything (except if little Jonny knocks it over). Plus after 5 years when your warrenty is up they will let you extend it, and if your tv breaks and they can't fix it, or find a part, they will give you full purchase price towards a tv of equal or greater value (Geek squad eat your heart out!) The picture is so supperb, the money I paid for it was well worth every penny. ...
...

Love the pic but a couple of functional issues... also bought BD1600 player (love it, too) but Samsung BDWise works well w/ remotes but must still use both remotes due to no open/close button on tv remote. Also have not figured out how to return (default) to cable feed after ending disc play, but that may be me! Wireless USB is not available locally...order only...spendy at $70. I don't mind the sound quality (better loud) since I use sound system when watching quality shows or movies. VERY simple to hook up, but should have bought longer HDMI to hide cables better.

Otherwise, VERY pleased w/ picture and usability.Purchased from Sears beginning of Sept 09 for $1000 off plus 10% more to price match "extra 10% online"...final price about $1440...much more repectable than $2600.
...

We bought this TV after our rear projection went out for the second time and love it. Our children say that watching movies on this televison is a whole new experience because they see things in the movies that they missed on our old TV. The vivid colors and deep blacks make this LED LCD TV equal or better than Plasma TVs, while using a quarter of the electrcity of a Plasma. We have the 46inch for our living room and plan to buy the 55inch for our family room soon.
...

Just purchased this TV Last week on Sears Family and Friends event. Its a fantastic TV and please don't get discouraged by few bad reviews. I went to the store to actually look at the TV, and my jaw dropped...I just liked the look of the picture better, which seemed more consistent with the reviews on this site and decided to go with that rather than the professional reviews. After bringing it home, it has exceeded my expectations.

The clarity on this television is amazing. The picture looks 3-D at times, which even my wife and daughter commented on as well. The colors are vibrant. It really has everything I would want in a picture. The viewing angle is perfect I have checked from all angles and there is no glare issues as i read on some of the review prior to purchasing it. The screen dimming issue is not prominent if you observe it really close you might notice that the white letter on credits do get dim, but blacks are amazing, I'm not sure that I would even have noticed it if I...
...

I bought this television to replace a 3 year old 40" Bravia. I could tell an immediate difference in the picture quality. Even my 10 year old son could tell a difference right away. Everything has a smoother appearance. The TV runs much cooler and puts out substantially less heat than the Bravia that it replaced. Standard definition cable also looks better on this set. Overall, I am very pleased.
...

LED is the future of tv's. If you are thinking about what to buy I would definetly go with LED over any of the current Plasma or LCD TV's. The picture quality you get from this LED tv cannot be matched by other technologies and my guess is that within 5 years all tv's will be LED. The only Con is the speakers are a little weak but if you are buying this tv you probably already have a sound system to hook it to....

A beautiful TV with a bright picture. This is a high-end TV that displays full HDTV to its fullest resolution, looks almost 3D. Unfortunately, old channels look terrible by comparison and we can now see some of the flaws in some of the computer animations in our DVD movies. This is a TV for the future, not the past....
