I spent weeks researching dryers from all sources and since I had the Samsung washer, I decided on this one, more from the research because I really didn't care if it was the same as my washer.
I am absolutely thrilled with my choice. I've had it a month now and I can say without hesitations, everything works as it says it will. The dryness sensor is right on every time; I've never had to program additional time. The kids and I purposely wrinkled different fabrics to see if the steam feature worked and, guess what, it did! Flawlessly I may add.
I am pleased with how quiet it is too. Samsung is really making an impression on me. I will soon be upgrading my refrigerator and may look at a Samsung. I have not been disappointed yet.
I must also add that the sales people and delivery people from Sears were great to work with. I hope, as a company, they are on the rebound and glad I gave them a second chance.
