We looked for a long time to find the fridge that was just right for our family.  We bought this model in white, and love it.  My children are fascinated by the ice and water in the door.  I am in love with all the space it has, not only in the fridge section, but the freezer is huge.  This is a big fridge so if you are considering, which I highly recommend, make sure you measure where it has to go. 

I read some other reviews of this model saying that the ice maker was to loud, but we haven't had that problem at all.

I went to Sears to buy a refrigerator with the French doors and bottom freezer.  My Sears salesman showed me all the products and explained the pros and cons.  This fridge has it all.  Even my husband comments that he loves it as do our friends that see it.  The LED light inside gives plenty of soft light.  There is so much room in both top and bottom that I rarely have a problem.  The French doors open so that you can place large items in it and plenty of room in the doors.  The ice/water function is tilted so that you can put a large mug under the outlet for plenty of ice.  We love it...

We recently bought the black Samsung 29.0 cf fridge -- it is beautiful and durable -- I honestly do not agree with a recent review stating that it is prone to dents, etc due to inferior materials.  You would have to hit it hard and on purpose to put a dent in it.  It is sturdy and quiet -- yes, sometimes when the ice drops it is a tad loud, but not a big deal. Samsung refrigerator 29.0 looks good.  I purchased a floor model.  The repairman came twice and had to replace the electronic control because the water, ice and inside light didn't work.  I've only had this appliance for 2 months.  So far it's fine but the ice maker is very small and loud and water leaks every time you fill up a cup.

I purchased my refrigerator over a year now and have no problems with it to present.

It's quiet, roomy, and beautiful. I am seeing a positive difference in my electric bill. The ice can run out if much is used in a short space of time, but I have learned to store some in the freezer section when I know I'm going to be using a lot of ice. There is room enough for that.

It continues to satisfy my choice. I'm happy with this purchase.

Last year I bought a townhome with GE appliances I hate and wanted to upgrade to stainless steel appliances.  I had been researching appliances for a few months and decided that I was going to go with Kenmore appliances.  When I decided I was buying the new refrigerator, the salesperson at Sears showed me the two refrigerators he would personally buy which were the Kenmore Elite and the Samsung.  For me, the Samsung was better in every category and was cheaper than the Kenmore Elite.  I LOVE everything about my new Samsung.  It is HUGE inside and has what I consider extras over other refrigerators...

I had a Sub Zero Refrigerator for 13 years. It was small inside and expensive to repair!!

I just replaced it as it died, the Samsung is so much bigger on the inside!!! I can not believe it!!

It is about a foot shorter and 6 inches narrower than my Sub Zero but inside there is no comparison.!! The Sub Zero was huge with no room.

The Samsung is SO MUCH BETTER, energy saver and at a great price.

Purchased this refrigerator about 8 months ago and love it, except...the dispenser for water is difficult to use to fill a water bottle.  The opening is too small to place a bottle or large glass under the "faucet" and the water dispenses toward the rear of the opening, rather than toward the outside where a container can be held. 

I was a sworn top freezer lover!  When I moved into my new home seven months ago, I would only look at top freezer refrigerators!  The one I purchased wound up being too small (it was one of the only choices in stainless steel finish with top freezer within my budget).  When I went back to Sears to return my original purchase, and needed a larger refrigerator I was faced with having to opt for a bottom freezer fridge.  The Samsung was on sale (a great sale, I might add), and it had the overall look I wanted, just that darn bottom freezer!  I was glad I decided to give it a try.  This fridge...

We took receipt of our Samsung RFG297 in white and the delivery man could not get the front panel to display anything other than 88 88.  We tried unplugging and resetting to no avail.  It did seem to cool but was a bit noisy and did not respond to the display panel being pushed.  It also got very warm to the touch on the outside by where the doors attach and down the entire length of the frig. Called Sears and they wanted to send out a repairman in a week.  I told them, I wanted a new frig.  They finally agreed after three calls and said a replacement would be on the way in 2 days.  I kept...

We were really excited to purchase this refridgerator since it had the JD Powers awards to back up its reputation.  It looks great! However, the unit was not working right upon set-up and the installers left after they were able to finally get the water to flow through the dipenser. It's been three full days with a warm refrigerator and neither Samsung or Sears has been able to get anyone to look at this issue yet. I believe that an appliance in this price range should be backed with more attentive service especially when a new unit does not work.

I am so happy with my new refrigerator. I didn't think I would find what I was lookijng for because I needed the proper dimensions and thought I had to have a side by side. I love my bottom freezer by Samsung. I am thrilled that the shelves are one piece to ease cleaning. Love the drawer space for meat and for veggies. The freezer space is great. And who else includes an ice scoop!
