Works like a charm

The ImageLab 35mm slide and negative scanner works as advertised. I plugged it into my Mac and was scanning some old color slides in minutes. A few caveats though... it is NOT a full frame scanner so there is some cropping of the image. Also remember that you are scanning a very small image to a much bigger image so any flaw, dust, scratches, and focus problems on the original will be even bigger on the scan. A little work in Photoshop and your images will be presentable.

Slide Converter

I love this little piece of equipment! Going through slides is a tedious job! Having someone convert them for you is expensive. But, scanning them with the Imagelab was the easiest part of the process. The Imagelab scanner was easy to operate, the color came through beautifully and I was abe to download to my pc without any trouble. There is no real way to painlessly go through slides, but the Imagelab really was worth every penny!
