Great bike! I can't comment on the putting it together part (I bribed someone more mechanically inclined to do that for me), but all of the pieces arrived in perfect condition. We did pick it up ourselves at a Sears store, so that might have helped. The bike's size is perfect for both me (short/stout) and my boyfriend (tall/stout) and it is easy to adjust. There's a nice variety of programs and features and I like that the water bottle is kept within easy reach.
