Hello - we just returned the Nordicktrack r400 because it was horrible! And we bought this one instead. It is awesome! Here's what I like: Great comforterable seat..no soreness at all! Seat adjustment very well done, and the seat stays in place. Hand grips are the heart rate monitor..so its easy... read full review »

First impressions...

Ordered online Sunday afternoon. Picked up at the local store. 30 minutes from the time I placed the order until it was loaded in the car. Sears has that part right. Assembly went much like others have reported. Forget about reading the instructions. Look at the pictures, match the numbers on the hardware,... read full review »

Schwinn Exercise Bike model #213

I've had the bike for about 3 weeks now and am enjoying it more and more. Because of certain disabilities I have, it was very important to get a good, comfortable, and supportive bike that I can use. Price was also an issue as I cannot afford all that much. After looking and trying out bikes all over town for months now I finally decided to purchase the 213. I am very glad I did. The seat width and comfort is great as with the lumbar support. My only problem is that I am short so a seat height adjustment would really help us shorty's see the display panel easier as it does not come down that far.... read full review »

Fantastic Bike

This bike is a great bike for the price. There are a multitude of programs along with manual levels. The bike rides smooth and runs quiet. Very comfortable. The fan is a rather pointless add on. It doesn't have much power, but it didn't even factor into my purchase, so I can't complain. Overall A+++

Sweet!

I like the bike, it is well built and comfortable. What is screwy about it is the display is at an angle making it very hard to see when sitting down plus the fan on it is useless. They took a display from their sit up model instead of making a correct one. Overall it is a good bike and nice to ride and use.

5 stars

We purchased the Schwinn bike because it got such good ratings from people who had already purchased and it has really lived up to our expectations!. It is sturdily built and was fairly easy to assemble. The programs are very good and the seat is comfortable. My only complaint is that I like to watch TV while riding and the program screen is right in my line of vision so the bike has to be turned slightly.

Schwinn 213 is hard to beat for the price

Bought it 3 weeks ago in the store. Takes about an hour to put together. The mechanical performance is excellent! The main weak link in this bike is the computer, it's basic at best but it gets the job done. The hand grip pulse works decent but you must be quick on the water bottle to keep it reading. A wireless chest strap would be best for this bike. Overall it a very good bike for the money. Silent performance, solid construction. I highly recommend it.

Good Product Incorrect Assembly Instructions

First off -Great Service at Sears as usual! Great Product, well built, but I found three different mistakes in the assembly instructions. I was able to use picture diagram to figure it out but unless you are very mechanically inclined I would recommend professional assembly. I was able to complete assembly but wiring for pulse monitor was not right. My product was completely different from intructions and diagrams for the pulse monitor. So at this point I have a usable product but without the pulse monitor. I am going to contact Schwinn to see if they can help. Even though I had this problem I... read full review »

Schwinn Recumbent Bike

The display is a little hard to see. The fan is tiny and doesn't circulate any air. Overall we are quite happy with it. It took about two hours to assemble. It has a lot of features for the price.

A+ for the money

I'm 62 years old and have always had an active lifestyle, including gym memberships, cycling, body building, and hard outdoor work at home. I had a knee replacement last year and have to limit how much weight I put on it while I exercise, so the recumbent bike is perfect for maintaining my cardio health while protecting my knee. I've used many of the expensive commercial bikes in the gyms I've belonged to, and this Schwinn 213 compares very well with the $2000 models the gyms usually buy. It doesn't have as many programs, or as large a display as some, but the frame is just as stout, and the... read full review »

schwinn bike

I bought one of these bikes and I really love it...it is very sturdy and comfortable...I have been using it regularly and enjoy it very much. I would recomend it to anyone who is looking to work out with out the stress on Knees and back that you would get with a treadmill. I had been researching exercise bikes for a while and this one was the best one that I found.
