The swivel wheel allows me to use it as a walking stroller and a jogging stroller. Just make sure that when you jog with this stroller you lock the front wheel or it will shake quite a bit. My 10 month old son absolutely loves this stroller. The rear shocks make for a really smooth ride. He falls asleep every time we take it out. The stroller is 35 lbs, but you really don't feel it, especially when jogging. I also have a MetroLite stroller, which I absolutely love for shopping, but when it comes to the outdoors I will never go anywhere without my Schwinn Freewheeler again. This stroller is really bulky, so if you have a compact car it probably won't fit in your trunk unless you take the wheels off (which is really not a big deal because they easily detach). The parent tray is very large. It can hold my sun glasses, Blackberry and water bottle. The child tray is a little flimsy, but easily installed, adjusted or removed. All in all, I give the quality of this stroller an A.
