I bought this mattress set on sale, it seemed to be a mid-range price and I thought that buying it from Sears would ensure that it was a quality product. WRONG! We got the firm vs the pillow-top so we would have some support, and for about the first month it seemed fine. But now in the middle of the night I wake up to find that I have rolled over to the hole in the middle. It is so bad that even with a thick comforter on the bed you can still see the sag. I am now having back problems with pain running all the way down my leg and am thinking of switching back to the 10 year old Simmons Beautyrest...

Not only did the mattress become lumpy and uncomfortable in less than a year but as of this review Sears is refusing to honor the ten year non-prorated warranty.  I would not recommend this mattress or this retailer.

overrated

This is suppose to be a firm mattress; however, when we sit on the edge of the bed (getting in or out) it leaves a body impression that does not return to normal. We are not over weight. The wife is 125 lbs and I'm 170 lbs. The mattress was purchased 14 Dec 08.

I love this mattress! Originally my husband and I purchased a pillow top mattress but it was too soft and squishy. This one is nice and supportive but does not make it feel like you are sleeping on a board. If you wanted something a little softer you could easily put an inexpensive foam topper on it.

We really wanted to love our new bed, but both of us felt like the bed (king) was uneven and that we kept rolling off the side. It was like it was sagging. We thought maybe our floor was uneven, or the bed frame bad, but after we sent this back and got a Simmons Beautyrest with Sears comfort exchange, we realized it was just a very poorly made mattress with no support. I will say Sears was great about letting us exchange it and we are very happy with a different mattress.
