“Feels like a cloud, but my back kills me in the morning.”

I really love this bed, dont get me wrong. It is the ultimate in softness, but I wake up so stiff and in lots of pain. My legs and back hurt so bad. But at night It feels like I'm sinking into a pillow and I love it. That did not happen with my old bed so I sort of feel like I wasted money on this purchase that didn't improve my night's sleep and made my mornings miserable.

“mattress does not have any support, shape, and bulky”

I purchased this mattress in August. It has been a nightmare. Saggs and does not have any support. The pillowtop part seemed OK. However, it will lose its shape. It is short in length. I have had many sleepless nights on this mattress. Keep your old mattress until you sleep on this one. Next time buy a firm mattress.

“sleep surface deteriorated in less than a year”

Not only did this mattress break down in less than one year, but Sears is refusing to honor the ten year non-prorated warranty. I would not recommend this mattress or this retailer.
