I have replaced my kids jeans and tennis shoes several times since the original purchase. I love this program, it helps out my family so much! I was buying new jeans and shoes every couple of months for my son who is hard on his clothes/shoes even though he was never a different size, he was not growing...

I have subscribed to "Money" magazine before and Sears was offering a subscription for a great price ($10 for a year.) I therefore ordered Money from Sears. Unlike magazine offers made by publishers and magazine distributors, which give the subscriber the option of delaying payment until after issues...

With part of an inheritance I went to Sears to purchase appliances. I thought my parents would enjoy the idea of using their money at Sears, the same company that provided their new home with appliances more than seventy years ago. I was also interested in beginning a search for a new lawn tractor and leaf blower.

The gentleman in Appliances was wonderful. He asked what I was looking for in a refrigorator and double-oven gas range, then showed me a variety of items, paying good attention to the styling that I seemed to like. On the spot I spent $2,400 and we scheduled a delivery date. He told me...

I'm about to give you the best advice of your life. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FOR SEARS. NEVER GET THEIR SERVICE PLANS. Opt to be a serial killer victim before you step foot in their stores. Dealing with sears is like dealing with a heartless dictator. They don't care about you, they just want more money. Their "Service" is a cruel joke reminiscent of a batman super villain. None of their employees feel or are empowered to help any customer. I keep getting ******** from them about the service on our a/c.

We've now been without air conditioning in TEXAS for 2 out of the last 6 months because they lie,...

My fiancé and I recently purchased a Bosch Vision washer and dryer set from Sears - it was a great price for the set so even though we did not really need a new set, we decided to get it anyway.  It was a floor model but the sales guy (and his manager) assured us multiple times that it had never been used, was in perfect working condition, and that Sears has experienced, certified Bosch technicians in the area just in case anything ever goes wrong.

The washer and dryer were delivered and installed 4 days later by two men who admitted that they never install Bosch and have no experience with...

I purchased a washer and dryer from sears to be told that it wouldn't/couldn't be dellivered for 3 weeks. I paid $70.00 for delivery and $10.00 extra to get it on the weekend (to get it ASAP). I waited around for them to come between the 4:30 and 6:30 scheduled delivery time, at 7:30 still no word from them.... After waiting on hold for customer service for a half hour I was told that I could get it the following Sunday. Very unprofessional and rude! NEVER WILL I SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR THERE! (I looked up complaints and I cleary am not the only person that feels this way, just wish I read them...

I'm down two Kenmore "Elite" appliances purchased in '07. They both started having problems at the end of 2010. The first one was the dishwasher which was under "warranty." After 8 service calls the problem is still not fixed. I call to schedule a service call and they tell me to call the warranty group becuase the dishwasher can't be fixed. I talk to them and they say it's not under warranty. I explain it was under warranty when the first two service calls on it ocurred and they claimed the policy was to "attempt" fix the problem.

"Attempt" is obviously the key word apparently the policy on warranties...

We received a Christmas gift from Sears, clearly marked with Sears packaging.  We wanted to make an even exchange for the same product in a different finish (same price), but the Sears employee at Bayshore Mall in Milwaukee not only refused to make the exchange, but was completely unhelpful.  Fortunately the Sears in Sheboygan, WI was far more helpful and made the exchange without any additional hassles.  The Bayshore store was a waste of time and a source of frustration that we will remember when we are buying gifts for others.  We will spend our dollars elsewhere, so we can be confident that...

My daughter bought a zebra dress thing, but she said she wishes that there was more of a selection she could wear that is school appropriate, but goes with her age and style. she's 16 and into casual wear with a bit of class i guess.

Bought all my appliances from Sears when I renovated my Kitchen. The display light on my refridgerator stopped working after one month. 1st repair guy didn't have part. Made another  appointment for today-Saturday. Just waited all day to for 2nd repair guy. Called an hour after he was due and was told he was running late. dispatcher would call. Two hours later I called back. Now they say my appointment isn't until Monday. My appointment was for today not Monday when I am in work. Rude customer service when they made the error. I will never buy from them again. So disapointed in the service.

They make you feel like you're doing something wrong when you ask for an exchange. Either the staff does not understand Kidvantage wear and tear warranty OR they don't know anything about customer service. Sears should stop using this promotion because it's clearly NOT the store policy.

Looking for a solution to back to school clothing shopping?  I recommend KidVantage.  I have used this program for 15 years.  I have moved all over the country and it travels with me.  I can always replace the blown-out knees, ripped out pockets, and frayed hemlines.  I stock up at sale time and frequent the clearance racks.  I buy most of the kids clothes here and stick to regular Sears brands.  This is an excellent, no questions asked, return and exchange policy.  I have recommended this program to all my friends for years.  Every mom should join today.

The Sears Kidvantage program is an ingenious idea. I rarely shop for clothes for my kids anywhere else but Sears. I love the fact that I don't have to be uptight about how my kids treat there clothes. If they wear them out I can simply take them back to any Sears nationwide and exchange them. I love that if I move that doesn't mean I forfeit any balances or savings. Kidvantage really gives me an advantage! I recommend this program to any friend who has kids.

Too much trouble!

This is a good program, but I have such a hard time trading in things if they no longer have the same style. I bought 3 coats for my daughters, 2 were the same brand and had the same exact problems with zippers breaking. When I went to excahnge the coats they no longer had that style, and I had to go thru 4 different managers before they let me exchange it for another coat of the same brand. They looked at me like I had did something wrong even though I still had all the recipts and tags.
